Right to refund

Refund policy:

  • 7-day refund request window
  • no refunds for abusive usage
  • cancellation anytime
  • subscription remains active until the billing cycle ends

    • Refund terms

  • The refund request must be submitted within 45 days of the first payment
  • Refund applies only to first subscription (not renewals)
  • Annual subscriptions: refund for unused months upon request

  • Name and email address of the account
  • The reason for the return

    • Processing deadline

    Refunds are processed within 1-3 days.

    Exceptions

    Refunds are not possible for:

  • Accounts that have violated the Terms of Use
